Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Faillace worked for seventeen years as an in-house Employment Counsel with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM).

Mr. Faillace has also taught employment discrimination as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since 1992 and at Seton Hall University Law School from 1995 to 1998.

Mr. Faillace is a nationally-renowned speaker and writer on employment law. He is the author of the best-selling treatise on the ADA, Disability Law Deskbook: The Americans with Disabilities Act in the Workplace, published by Practicing Law Institute (PLI).

Mr. Faillace is the Passionate driver of the firm , his goal is to represent those in need. He has represented thousands of clients and won over half a million dollars in trials in both the Southern and Easter District of New York. He has successfully settled hundreds of cases and with that same endeavor he has been able to successfully litigate hundreds of other cases, and in the process gaining over 22 million dollars for his clients in unpaid wages and damages.
